These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SAM AI and SAM Social, operated by Social AI Motion ("SAM", "we", "us"), available at socialaimotion.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

SAM AI is an AI-powered content creation platform that turns a text prompt into original music, animated visuals, and short-form video. SAM Social is our connected publishing and community platform. Subscriptions and credit packs are sold as digital products delivered instantly to your online account.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use SAM.
• You must provide accurate registration details (name, username, email, country, and date of birth) and keep them current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. Subscriptions, credits & billing

• Paid plans (Artist, Pro Artist, Advance, King) are billed weekly, monthly, or annually depending on the option you select, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each paid plan includes a periodic credit allowance for everyday music creation. HD video generation is metered separately based on quality, duration, and provider cost.
• One-time credit packs are non-refundable once the credits have been used.
• Payments are processed by our authorised payment partner, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.

4. Acceptable use & AI content rules

You agree not to use SAM to generate, publish, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or violent;
• infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• impersonates a real person, brand, or artist without authorisation, or clones a real voice without consent;
• is deceptive, fraudulent, or designed to mislead.

SAM-generated music and visuals on paid plans may be used commercially. Free-plan output is for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution where required.

5. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you write and, subject to your active plan, the rights to the outputs you generate. You grant SAM a limited licence to host, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish on SAM Social and elsewhere.

6. Creator earnings

Paid members may earn real funds through referrals, the marketplace, and the Creator Fund. Free members earn non-withdrawable platform credits. All earnings are subject to verification, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and anti-fraud review. Full details are in our Creator Earning Rules, which form part of these Terms.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or chargebacks, or abuse the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

8. Disclaimers & liability

SAM is provided "as is". AI output may be imperfect and you are responsible for reviewing it before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
