• Usage data: prompts, generations, credits used, plan, and activity on SAM Social.
• Payment data: processed by our payment partner Paddle. We receive confirmation of your purchase and plan, but we do not store your full card details.
• Technical data: device, browser, and approximate location for security and analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To create and operate your account and deliver credits and features;
• To process payments and manage subscriptions;
• To calculate and pay creator earnings;
• To improve the service, prevent fraud, and provide support;
• To send you essential account and transactional emails.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate, including:

• Paddle — payment processing and tax compliance (Merchant of Record);
• Supabase — authentication and secure database hosting;
• Email and infrastructure providers — to deliver messages and run the service.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
